Rise Framework: Direct Appointment

Bradshaw Gass & Hope LLP have recently been directly appointed through the Rise Framework ensuring the continuity of knowledge base built-up by the Practice during the development of Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Services Operational Training Centre in Bury. With new development proposed our understanding of the nature of the previous works, the remediation and validation carried out and the design and construction rationals of the various elements of the facility on the site was considered as part of the appointment.

The advantage to clients of an approach that seeks to engage design teams in long term partnering structures allow all parties to benefit from built-up knoweldge, knowledge transfer, record keeping efficiencies, understanding, positive relationships enabling a greater efficiency in delivery of construction projects. Whilst this approach can often be difficult in the public sector environment there are opportunities being driven by those that understand the benefits.

We have a number of clients in the private and public sectors that we have had a long standing relationship with and this has provided benefit to both parties. As our understanding of the needs and nature of our clients business processes and physical requirement grows, through repeat working, we are able to create efficiencies in our own business processes that can be passed on to our clients through effective fee management and management of estates imformation.
