As the construction industry moves towards an ever increasing requirement to integrate design processes, construction methodologies and risk management the multi-disciplined approach applied by Bradshaw Gass & Hope LLP puts us in a great place to deliver our services with this collaborative approach. We deliver a lead consultancy service that can manage the various disciplines in a traditional design team environment or through a collaborative BIM process.
As a Practice we have a diverse range of services and capabilities. We recognise that some of our Clients have never engaged the services of a designer, engineer or cost manager before and it can be a daunting prospect in making that initial call. We can reassure all our potential Clients that your first contact with us will be dealt with in a friendly manner by one of our Partners or Associates.
On being contacted we will ask you about your requirement to gain an initial understanding and to decide whether we have the appropriate capabilities to deliver your requirements. If your requirement can be dealt with by us we will usually request a meeting or site visit to enable a greater understanding that will enable us to develop a fee proposal for the provision of our service.
As we provide a multi-discipline service across Architecture, Structural Engineering and Cost Management we are able to offer a ‘one stop’ solution for projects, however if you already have other consultants appointed or have a limited requirement we can offer our service as individual disciplines.
Architecture
Our architectural design philosophy is to ensure technical and functional effectiveness whilst delivering contextual inspirational architecture.
Our architectural team comprises chartered architects, architectural assistants, architectural technologists and architectural technicians. All are qualified to the technical standard required by their position in the organisation from ONC through to degree level. We encourage all our team to maintain membership of their professional institute including the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Association for Project Safety (APS).
We deliver projects and services from project inception through to completion. The RIBA has provided a template for project delivery that enables us to deliver a clear and structured design process.

Structural Engineering
Our structural and civil engineering team offer dedicated or supportive consultancy to Client and other consultants. Our working approach ensures integrated solutions that remove risk from projects. Our team comprises chartered engineers, design engineers, technicians and drafters capable of responding to projects across a range of sectors. We design to Eurocodes and British Standards in a variety of material types.
We are able to offer a qualitative design service that provides efficient, effective and innovative solutions ensuring costs are maintained within budgets and designs are buildable.
As part of a multi-disciplined Practice we have a clear collaborative approach to managing our workflow on projects. We recognise the need for the provision of early engagement with all team members to provide indicative solutions at an early design stage that can be developed into full technical solutions alongside all other disciplines as a project develops.
Whether we are working on new build, extension or refurbishment we are able to offer a service that addresses the technical and aesthetic needs of a building.
Quantity Surveying
Project financial fidelity is an increasingly important aspect of project delivery. As RICS chartered surveyors we have the skills and expertise to provide a complete cost management solution to any type of project. We work to high standards and ensure project costs remain transparent, clear and controlled throughout project delivery.
We have wide ranging experiences across multiple sectors and building types that brings added value to all our projects. We are able to advise clients on appropriate procurement routes, contract use and construction companies.
As a public sector provider we understand the complexities of public procurement and the need for public bodies to have auditable processes and be transparent in their procuemnt choices. We can advise on and provide a compliant procurement process and/or advise on the opportunity that pre-qualified frameworks offer.
