25m swimming pool, 70 station gym, spa and treatment, adventure play, toning suite, studio, cycling studio, squash, wet and dry change, food and beverage and attendant external works to parking and access.

An innovative project with an unusual design solution to address budget issues. With opportunities presented by an adjacent school development we provided a design solution that saw the conversion of the leisure centre 4 court sports hall into a new 25m 5 lane swimming pool. Innovative structural design to deal with existing ground beams and a clear understanding of the building envelope requirement for a pool environment enabled a solution that saved the client £2.5m.

The leisure centre has been totally transformed internally and now provides an attractive, exciting and welcoming space to be in with a private club feel and an atmosphere that enhances the end user experience.
