A new 3 bay fire station bringing the community into its heart. The station achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and was developed with Rochdale FS using the same model layout. The station was one of the first to introduce community involvement as a key driver in the design and as a result it includes a large multi—use space for the community and uses land located to the rear of the station for horticultural and bee keeping.

£22m new build and refurbishment
Technical advisor and project management services for Cleveland Fire Brigades ambitious capital delivery programme. Our ability to deliver a multi-disciplined technical advisory covering, project management, employers agent, quantity surveying, M&E services and BREEAM with support from our architectural and structural engineering disciplines provided a comprehensive solution to our client need. The provision included 3 new fire stations, 3 refurbished fire stations, a new HQ building, fleet garage workshops and a new technical training facility. The works were delivered over a four years programme period in line with the original budget set.
