Successful bid for 3 new fire stations, West Yorkshire Fire
Bradshaw Gass & Hope LLP has been working closely with West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service in providing design and cost consultancy services to obtain Planning Approval for 3 new fire stations in the Wakefield area of West Yorkshire.
These 3 fire stations in Normanton, Pontefract and Airedale have now gained full planning approval and are ready to be taken through to construction. The station requirements have developed from the Services Integrated Risk Management Plan which aims to identify how the Service can ensure the safety of their communities over a programmed time period.
Bradshaw Gass & Hope LLP have again been successful in providing a competitive and qualitative submission to take the 3 fire stations from planning through to completion on-site. This success is due not only to the competitiveness of our bid but also our ability to work closely with and take time to understand our Client and interpret their requirements to provide a service that addresses their needs rather than a service that we would wish to impose.
We were appointed in January 2010 by West Yorkshire Fire to provide a fully integrated design and project management consultancy service that will successfully achieve the delivery of 3 modern fire facilities within budgetary and programme constraints.
As a multi-disciplinary design consultancy Bradshaw Gass & Hope LLP is ideally placed to provide the integrated services required by the Fire Service for successful project delivery.
Our appointment as design and management consultants on the 3 fire stations shows our continued commitment to providing an exemplary service to the Fire Service and their continued trust in us to deliver that service successfully. We are looking forward to an exciting and rewarding design and construction process.
