Bradshaw Gass and Hope were commissioned to carry out feasibilities for extending the existing Hitachi Automotive Europe Ltd premises in Horwich, Bolton. This resulted in a commission to plan and oversee a Design and Build Contract involving a programme duration from start to finish of approximately 7 months.

The accommodation included an extension to the Production Area to enable a new line to be installed and tested ahead of manufacture, a warehouse that doubled the existing capacity and offices and welfare provisions similarly increased in size.
