The project, procured under a design and build contract, comprises a four-storey “race track” layout, linked via a hospital street to a new main entrance and existing detached three-storey building which has been fully refurbished under the contract.

The new-build comprises a steel frame supporting in situ concrete composite flooring, profiled metal roofing and masonry external walls.
